Currently under construction, this 1.7 million sf, 79 storey residential tower will become Canada's fourth tallest building and will rank among the top 100 tallest buildings in the world. Five stories of underground parking will accommodate the 940 residential units including five floors of ultra luxurious penthouses.Base building requirements were put in to prepare the five storeys of retail as part of a 250,000 sf retail podium at the base of the tower.
Not only will Aura be one of the first fully sprinklered residential buildings in Toronto, but it also will include individual water source heat pumps for each unit.
During construction, a temporary loading dock access ramp running through the middle of the site was put in to be in operation 24 hours a day. This feature required the construction of a steel bridge through the site and top-down construction.

328 Adelaide is a dramatic 40-storey glass and aluminum tower, designed by the award-winning architectural firm architectsAlliance, at the north-east corner of Adelaide Street West and Peter Street. "Downtown Toronto's Next address" is the third phase to Canderel Stoneridge's DNA project. Situated in the popular King West Neighbourhood, the building is very close to the trendy Liberty Village and within minutes of the entertainment, theatre and fashion districts and a short commute from the downtown core. This 742,000 sf, 600-unit project includes 2 buildings joined by a retail podium, underground parking, three courtyards, rooftop terraces, and an all glass exterior facade, with unique sand blasted glass forms projecting from it. Units comprise nine foot ceilings, high-end finishes and spacious balconies.

This high profile, 50 storey, 552 unit condominium building is the first new project in Montreal to be connected to Montreal's famed "underground city", and the first project to be associated with the fabled Montreal Canadiens hockey team. The project consisted of the construction of an 11,000 sf atrium and cafeteria space with a 1,000 sf conference room in back used to bridge together two adjacent buildings. The atrium is composed of 13 parralam wood arches supporting a high performance clear glass curtain wall system. The curtain wall roof had to be designed as an expansion joint to take the different movements of the two buildings the atrium is bridging.

Expansion of a refrigerated warehouse and addition of a new head office facility for Canadawide Fruits: the largest fruit and vegetable wholesaler in Canada. The project includes construction of 60,000 square feet of office space and an indoor underground parking garage with 165 parking spots, including 33 spots for customer's trucks and vans. 26 garage doors were installed for deliveries and customer pick-ups. Adjacent to the warehouse is a refrigerated showroom with 20' ceilings and a two storey atrium. A floating 500 psf live load capacity slab was built for the entire warehouse and showroom area to insulate the refrigerated sections properly. It is a concrete and steel structure with exterior brick and curtain wall facades.
