Our diverse experience in this field began in the 1980’s as the international tourist and business boom gave rise to demand for independent high end hotels complete with business conference centers, banquet halls, restaurants and shopping areas. By 2021, Reliance had completed over 750 hotel rooms and associated conference spaces. As the market evolved and baby boomers turned into empty nesters, in addition to an ever-increasing demand for housing, high rise condominium and purpose built rental construction became more common. Our vast experience in this domain ranges from affordable residential units for first-time buyers to condominium developments for seasoned buyers, complete with high-end amenities. In 2009, the Canadian housing market emerged from the recession and by 2021, Reliance had completed or had under construction over 20,000 housing units in eastern Canada.

The Monza project is a 10-storey luxury midrise located at the centre of a bustling midtown neighbourhood that teams with great breakfast spots, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, fresh markets, fashion boutiques and more. Conversion and restoration of the 1902 Lowney’s wood structure chocolate factory (two buildings) to accommodate a new 110 unit condo development. Phase I of the development includes 1 floor of underground parking, exposed wood beams within each unit, a rooftop terrace complete with swimming pool, and contemporary finishes.

A 61 unit, 63,000 square foot condo development, undertaken for Prevel in Old Montreal, Quebec. The quaint location for the project required underpinning of two existing turn-of-the-century buildings. The development includes a rooftop terrace with a “Zen” basin. All units are complete with hardwood flooring, hardwood doors and frames, and European kitchens and appliances.

Luxurious 3 storey townhouses located in the upscale neighbourhood of Hampstead, Quebec. Including 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms options, the units range from 2,580 sf to 3,120 sf with private 2 car underground garages and 9’ ceilings. The development also includes luxurious yards for each townhouse, car charging station infrastructure, and innovative energy conservation design elements. The project is developed by The Benvenuto Group and designed by NEUF Architect(e)s.

A 5-storey condominium development consisting of 6,000 sf of below ground parking, upgrade lobby and 47 finished luxury condo units. Reliance was responsible for completion and fit up of all 47 units according to the individual owner's requirements, including renovation to an existing building (circa 1890) configured for 5 ultra-luxurious "historic" condo units.

This project is a luxury condominium building built on the former Pioneer site, in the heart of Pointe-Claire village. It is a 3 storey new construction of 52,150 square feet including one storey of underground parking. There will be 14 unique condo units and 4 commercial spaces on the ground floor. The building occupies the entire site.

The 30,000 square feet renovation of the hotel’s public area will include a brand-new façade and canopy as well as the expansion of the exising aquatic center including an SPA and Nordic baths totalling 15,000 square feet. Aside from the beautiful tall ceilings and fireplace at the lobby, the public space will host artwork by local artists, one of which is a very large decorative leaf that will hang over the reception area.

Construction of new condominium, restoring the existing historic brick facade. Originally a two storey building, two additional storeys will be added, marrying a modern facade to the historic one below. To accommodate a new underground parking garage, underpinning of the existing facade and the neighbor's properties was necessary. The building houses 22 residential units with hardwood floors and European style kitchens.

4469 Ste-Catherine St. West is the development of a 5-storey rental building, complete with an underground parking garage. The frontage of the building is made of Quebec St. Marc stone and features artisan zinc sloping roof panels. The building replaces a vacant lot between two existing buildings at the corner of Ste-Catherine Street, and Metcalfe Street in the Westmount municipality.

Located in the heart of Bayview Village Canderel in joint venture with Haven are developing a state-of-the-art condo community. Located minutes’ walk away from Bayview Village Mall and TTC station this 10 storey 226 unit tower plus 12 townhouse units will be one of a kind. The build envelope will consist of precast, window wall, punch window system and metal cladding. The stunning balconies and terraces will boast breathtaking unobstructed views of the city skyline through the glazed guardrails.The tower will have 2 levels of underground parking with 418 square meters of retail space located on the ground floor. With a total of 16,240 square feet of residential living area 625 Sheppard will also have amenities including gym, party rooms, BBQ terraces and green roof.
