All aluminum and glass curtain wall office building, 158,000 sf of office for Nortel, including demised retail spaces and several levels of underground parking.

All aluminum and glass curtain wall office building. One of the first office buildings on Nun's Island, in Montreal, including 113,000 SF of office for Kodak as well asseveral levels of underground parking for employees.
University of Montreal Teaching Facility 1990  |  350,000 sf
Contract delivery :
Masonry and glass multi-function teaching facility for the University of Montreal. Building includes classrooms, lounges and laboratories.
Montreal Trust Computer Center 1990  |  80,000 sf
Contract delivery :
Primary computer processing center for Bank of Montreal Trust, located on Nun's Island in Montreal. Special requirements included multiple levels of redundancy for electrical systems including an emergency generator with underground oil tanks, extensive security systems, explosion proof rooms, impact resistant facades including false windows, and stringent humidity and ventilation requirements.

This $30,000,000, twenty-three storey office complex, built in downtown Montreal for First Quebec Corporation (original developers), represents some 325,000 square feet of interior office space. Construction was significantly complicated by the fact that the structure envelops a massive, pre-existing substation and rectifier station providing power and ventilation to the entire Montreal subway system. A pedestrian tunnel below the street to the existing metro was also part of the project which was completed within budget, and within the scheduled eighteen month time period.

Contract delivery :
Head offices, manufacturing and research facility constructed in two separate buildings. Manufacturing facility included stringent requirements required for the production of video graphics cards. The two building campus includes a swimming pool, fitness center, two full service cafeterias, soccer field and extensive security systems.
