Our diverse experience in this field began in the 1980’s as the international tourist and business boom gave rise to demand for independent high end hotels complete with business conference centers, banquet halls, restaurants and shopping areas. By 2010, Reliance had completed over 750 hotel rooms and associated conference spaces. As the market evolved and baby boomers turned into empty nesters, high rise condominium construction became more common. Our vast experience in this domain ranges from affordable residential units for first-time buyers to condominium developments for seasoned buyers, complete with high-end amenities. In 2009, the Canadian housing market emerged from the recession and by 2010, Reliance had completed or had under construction over 3,000 condo units in eastern Canada.

This Gallery sur le Canal third chapter will be the finishing touch of the Gallery sur le Canal three-part condo project in Griffintown, as the third and final development is being built. Comprised of 159 units and on the Lachine canal, this project’s design combines the area’s industrial heritage with modern architecture to create the perfect atmosphere for an inviting home in a flourishing community. To take advantage of the canal’s natural beauty, the rooftop amenities offer a breath-taking view of the water, enhancing the terrace experience is a swimming pool and a common area ideal for relaxing after a long day. Located in the heart of the Island of Montreal, Cité Midtown will provide the best of both worlds by offering a suburban experience while still remaining close to the lively downtown area. The project will include condos and townhouses, covering 350,000 sq.ft. with a total of 247 units. The various amenities included in this beautiful project will cater to all needs. Cité Midtown will include a fully equipped fitness and yoga facility, a heated outdoor saltwater pool as well as a kids' play centre for young families. For more business-oriented needs, the complex will have a shared workspace comprised of a workstation, a kitchenette, and a private boardroom, including a local cafe at the corner of the central plaza. Offering a riverside lifestyle due to its proximity to the Saint Lawrence river, and only 4 minutes away from Montreal‘s downtown area, NEX 1 is surrounded by Montreal’s best features while still providing a serene environment on the edge of Nun’s Island. This new building will be all about the connection to the city, and the world by offering an array of unique amenities such as a fully equipped self-care spa, and a ‘‘NEXOASIS’’ outdoor garden area by the river with two resort-style pools with bikes and kayaks available for rent. Located in the Wychwood neighbourhood on the corner of St. Clair Avenue West & Winona Drive, the 10-storey condo building features 80 units, three retail spaces, an outdoor patio and gym on the ground floor, and a rooftop terrace with an indoor amenity area.



There are four levels of underground parking with a total of 75 allocated parking spaces and 80 bicycle spaces. A meticulous green roof space is incorporated into the building design.

Located on the corner of Redpath Avenue and Soudan Avenue, this 22-storey rental tower in the Mount Pleasant West area of Toronto includes a 3-storey podium, totalling 180 suites. It features state-of-the-art amenities, ranging from a rooftop party room, pool, terraces, a large fourth floor fitness center, guest suite, private dining room, and a business lounge area, all on the ground floor. There are four underground levels of parking that provide a total of 144 spaces and 180 bicycle spaces.

Featuring a total of 474 new suites, the redevelopment of these 5 low rise buildings consists of two new rental buildings, two new condo buildings, and one existing rental building. Located in the charming Kingsway Village area of Etobicoke, there is an abundance of green roof space incorporated intoeach building, 559 underground parking spaces, and 389 bicycle spaces.

The numerous buildings range from 7 to 17 storeys and include amenities such as a fitness rooms, party room, outdoor terraces, laundry room, games rooms, private dining rooms, event lounge, tech lounge, and pet spa.

This iconic super high-rise twin tower, Canada House, located next to the Rogers Center, and developed by Concord Pacific Group, is valued at over $400 million, includes an 82 and a 70 storey tower, totaling over 1,730,000 sf of construction, 1,397 units, luxurious amenities such as touchless car wash facilities, 6 levels of underground parking and a 12 storey podium.

Canada House's design is a tribute to all that is Canadian. Included in the façade are specifically designed lights and colored panels, that once illuminated, take the shape of the Canadian Maple Leaf. Additionally, an exterior "lake" for canoeing, echoing Canada's vast rivers, transforms into a skating rink in the winter. The suites include oversize tiled bathrooms, fully decked balconies, complete with infrared heaters, like the ones found on restaurant terraces across Canada, custom doors and frames, and Miele's newest technological achievement - ductless dryers.
